My Sanguine

Her affliction rose with the sun
Wild,
Raw,
Uninhabited,
a painting within the sediments
hidden within
her crimson rocks,
created by heat and pressure.
The darkness hiding the shadows
of memory; the hills meeting the valley.
her layers;
awaiting renewal. She was carried from home.
Awake her.
Call her name.
my Sanguine
Her spirit moves with the wind.
Carry on. She will carry on.
She is a
hope deeper than a desire.
